On August 17, Sgt. Rudd arrested Thomas Eugene Goodwin of Childersburg on the charges of Domestic Violence 2nd and Domestic Violence 3rd – Criminal Mischief 2nd. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $17,500 bond.
On August 18, Deputy Brown arrested Shameek Devon Marshall of Selma on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $600 bond.
On August 19, Deputy Kelley arrested Johnnie Louis Smoot Jr. on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 1st, Forbidden Person in Possession of a Firearm, Theft of Property 4th, Criminal Mischief 3rd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st, Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, Driving While Suspended, Failure to Display Insurance, No Headlights when Required, and Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.
On August 19, Chief Hammond arrested Walter Daniel Harbin of Atlanta, Ga., on the charge of Electronic Stalking 1st. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $7500 bond.
On August 21, Deputy Kelley arrested Sonya Wysha Cunningham of Kellyton on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $500 bond.
On August 22, Deputy Brown arrested Brian Thomas Prather-Brooks on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $500 bond.
On August 22, Deputy Kelley arrested Jamiah Loventrice McGhee of Sylacauga on the charges of Failure to Appear in Court X 2. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $1,000 bond.
On August 22, Deputy Brown arrested Keaun Kyree Slade of Goodwater on the charges of Failure to Appear in Court X 2. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $661 cash bond.

On August 17, Deputies responded to U.S Highway 280 after receiving reports of an intoxicated driver. Deputies were unable to make contact with said driver.
On August 17, Deputies responded to U.S Highway 231 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was logged.
On August 19, Deputies responded to Shiloh Park Drive after receiving reports of a 911 Hang-up call. Deputies determined this call to be a false alarm; No report needed.
On August 20, Deputies responded to the 24000th block of U.S Highway 231 after receiving reports of an unwanted person. Deputies arrived and assessed the situation. An arrest was made.
On August 21, Deputies responded to the area of Coosa County Rd 150 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies spoke with said subjects, and determined they had help on the way. No report was wanted/needed.
WEOGUFKA
On August 17, Deputies responded to Quail Trail after receiving reports of Theft of Property. Deputies arrived and assessed the situation. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.
HANOVER
On August 18, Deputies responded to the area of U.S Highway 231 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the motorist without incident.
On August 18, Deputies responded to the 18000th block of U.S Highway 231 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was logged.
On August 21, Deputies responded to Coosa County Rd 75 after receiving reports of a 911 hang-up call. Deputies spoke with a subject on scene, and determined it to be a false alarm. No report was needed.
On August 22, Deputies responded to Coosa County Rd 49 after receiving reports of an intoxicated person. Deputies made contact with said subject. An arrest was made.

On August 18, Deputies responded to Coosa County Rd 66 near Gamble Dr. after receiving reports of a motor vehicle accident. Deputies made contact with the occupants, and no injuries were reported. No report was wanted/needed.
KEYNO
On August 17, Deputies responded to Coosa County Rd 40 near AL State Highway 9 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the motorist without incident.
GOODWATER
On August 23, Deputies responded to U.S Highway 280 near Hog Waller Hollow after receiving reports of an unwanted person. Deputies arrived on scene, but made negative contact with said individual.
KELLYTON
On August 17, Deputies responded to Coosa County Road after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the motorist without incident.
On August 20, Deputies responded to Griffin Lane after receiving a request for a citizen assist. Deputies assisted the citizen without incident.
On August 21, Deputies responded to AL Highway 9 near Coosa County Road 40 after receiving reports of a suspicious person. Negative contact was made with said person.
On August 23, Deputies responded to U.S Highway 280 after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. Deputies made contact with occupants, and determined no suspicious activity had occurred. No report needed/wanted.
