A Kellyton woman recently turned herself in on outstanding warrants for drug-related charges.
On May 21, Sgt. Rudd was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office for a report.
Upon arriving, he found that the individual was turning herself in on active warrants.
Rachael Elizabeth Hayes, 37 years old, was arrested on warrants for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
Her bond was set at $7,500. She was released on bond the same day to await trial.
