The Buzz
Buzzy the Buzzard
Poor Ms. Ruby! I have given up on litter because I can’t find a solution. Litter occurs without thought. Trashy people don’t know they are trashy.
One of the funniest signs I ever saw read: “Don’t even think of dropping your trash here.” The best we can do is pick it up where it matters. Be kind and pick up for someone else, too.
And the mail? That is very sad. It is going the way of billboards, dial tones and maps. People don’t read, they don’t write checks, and they sure as heck don’t use maps. Technology is changing us.
Wouldn’t it be nice if there were apps that rewarded sharing, shamed bullying, pushed interaction between folks?
In the meantime, if you find a delivery truck, garbage truck, or ambulance lost on a mis-labeled Coosa County road, be kind and show them where they are on a good old-fashioned map.
Love,
Buzzy
