On September 22, Deputy Payton arrested Charles Berchmans Mackin, a citizen of Shoal Creek, on the charges of Reasonable-Prudent Speed, Reckless Endangerment and Improper Passing. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2,500 bond.
On September 22, Deputy Payton arrested Donald Mark George, a citizen of Notasulga, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with an $800 cash bond.
On September 22, Deputy Parker arrested Rose Marie Harrison Josey, a citizen of Talladega, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.
On September 27, Deputy Cook arrested Terry Louis Kelly, a citizen of Kellyton, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.
