The Central Coosa marching band recently held its annual Dinner and a Show. The band performed a preview for family and friends of the musical pieces the fans will hear the band perform at football games this season with this years’ theme, Shrek.
After the show band members, family and friends enjoyed a time of fellowship and a meal together to celebrate all their hard work. Thank you, band director Daryl Ingram, as well as band booster president April Stokes and other band boosters for everything you do to support our student programs.
Please come out and support the Pride of Coosa County Band this Tuesday, August 26, at McDonald’s in Sylacauga for McSpirit Night, in which a portion of the proceeds from sales will go to support purchasing band equipment, uniform cleaning, transportation, etc. Be sure to tell them you are there for Spirit Night so the Pride of Coosa County will get the proceeds.
Everyone is looking forward to hearing the Pride of Coosa County in the stands and during the half-time show this season.
