Central High School announces Students of the Month

Seventh grader Kaden Tindall is the son of Jennifer and Thomas Tindall. He is a resident of the Rockford community. Kaden’s favorite subject is math because it challenges him. Kaden is excellent in class, loves to help others and is very respectful. He sincerely cares about his grades, performance and attendance. He strives to do his very best. Kaden is a Central High School baseball player. He would, one day, like to attend college and join the U.S. Air Force. Congratulations, Kaden!

 

Eighth grader Anaeja Mitchell is the daughter of Marsala and Cedric Mitchell. Her favorite subject is English because Mrs. Johnson is her teacher and cheer coach. Anaeja is a cheerleader for Central High School. According to her teachers, Anaeja does her work, is always willing to help and is very respectful and kind. In the future, Anaeja would like to do hair. Congratulations, Anaeja!

 

Ninth grader Kyle Ballard is the son of Dwilda Edwards and Howard Ballard. Kyle resides in Millerville. Kyle is a member of Divine Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Kyle works very hard in and out of class. He always goes out of his way to help teachers in the classroom, coaches and office staff. As a member of SGA Kyle is the Game Changer manager for basketball. He is also the emcee of our prep rallies, and one could say Kyle is the manager of all sports teams. He goes out of his way to help with any and everything. He is very proactive and takes the initiative to get things done on his own. Kyle is an outstanding representation of a model Central High School student. Congratulations, Kyle!

 

Tenth grader Danisha Webster is the daughter of Kimberly Webster. She is a member of Good Grove Baptist Missionary Church. As a member of SGA Danisha enjoys decorating the lockers after school every day to highlight and bring joy to students who are celebrating a birthday. Her favorite subject is chemistry because Mrs. White is such a wonderful teacher. Danisha is a Central High School cheerleader and has taken a leadership role on the cheer squad. She works hard to keep her grades up and is active in after-school activities. Also, she is respectful. Her future plans include attending the University of Alabama to become an OB/GYN. Congratulations, Danisha!

 

Eleventh grader Queen Ballard is the daughter of Dwilda Edwards and Howard Ballard. Queen resides in Millerville. She is a member of Divine Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Her favorite subject is JAG because this class allows the students to participate in activities that help the school and community. Queen is a member of the Beta Club, Student Government Association and the Key Club. She plays for the Central High School basketball, volleyball and softball teams. Her teachers indicate that she works very hard in all of her classes, including those she attends at CACC. Queen is kind, respectful and helpful. Her future plans include going to college to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Queen wants to concentrate in the area of labor and delivery or postpartum nursing. Eventually, she would like to be a travel nurse. She adds, “Your worst days don’t define you. Just keep going, and it will get better.” Congratulations, Queen!

 

Twelfth grader Matthew Shone is the son of Kayla and Matthew Shone. He resides in the Equality community. Matthew is a member of the Rockford Church of God. His favorite subject is history. Matthew’s teachers state that he is quiet and respectful. Matthew plays baseball and would like to become a certified registered nurse anesthetist one day. Congratulations, Matthew!
