It sure has been quiet around town lately. I’ve seen two cars parked in the town folly; hope that pays for the paint and barricades, etc.
You know I spend most of my time outdoors. And it sure feels like fall. Yeah, premium weather with bow season starting today. Leaves falling, less pollen, all marking the passing season.
The Rockford Town Hall needs a new American flag. They should be ashamed of themselves. With Veteran’s Day coming up, I hope someone over there reads this. The town staff says they don’t read the paper…they should be ashamed of themselves. Last week’s paper was a tribute to community journalism, and it made me proud to be a contributor.
And I am so proud of Ms. Christa and her award-winning work.
