Seventh grader Lily Howell is a very well-behaved student who works hard and is very engaged in class. She is always willing to help her peers. Lily plays volleyball for Central High School and is the majorette for the Pride of Coosa County band. She participates in accelerated classes and maintains good grades. Congratulations, Lily!

Eighth grader Aryonna Simmons is a cheerleader at Central High School. She plans to attend cosmetology school after graduating to specialize in nails and lashes. She is also determined to help her family in the future, ensuring her mother and sister are well taken care of. Aryonna is a very hardworking and mannerable student who strives to do well in school. Congratulations, Aryonna!

Ninth grader Ayden Williams is a very respectful and hardworking student. He enjoys playing football, as well as Madden 24 and 2k24 outside of school. His goal is to obtain all As and Bs this year, and he likes all of his subjects. His attendance is stellar, and he always completes all his assignments. Ayden is a model student at Central High School. Congratulations, Ayden!

Tenth grader Zaccai Lauderdale is a member of the Central High School football team. He is always on time for class, does what is asked of him and works hard. He loves learning new things and has plans to go to college after graduation. He is grateful to be the student of the month. Congratulations, Zaccai!

Eleventh grader Adrianna Walker is an exceptional student who is always willing to help and has tremendous school spirit. She is involved in several extracurricular activities and takes the initiative when needed. She is a dual enrollment student who works hard to maintain her grades on campus and at CACC. Her extracurricular activities include being a member of the Student Government Association, Media Club, Beta Club, JAG, Key Club, and an outfielder on the Central High School softball team. Her plans after high school include attending UAB and majoring in biology and then earning her masters in physical therapy. Adrianna’s favorite part about school is filming the CBN morning show. Congratulations, Adrianna!

Twelfth grader Traci Cox plays volleyball and basketball for Central High School and also serves as the football manager. She is part of several clubs including the Beta Club, Key Club, SGA, FCA, and FBLA. Traci enjoys working out and listening to music in her free time; she also enjoys to do hair and read. Her plans after high school include attending cosmetology school and then earning a degree in psychology. Traci loves the school environment at Central High and says, “The teachers and staff all know us by name. They treat us well, and it’s always positive vibes.” Congratulations, Traci!
