On August 2, Deputy Mitchell arrested Jason Michael Ard, a resident of Kellyton, for Chemical Endangerment of a Child and Probation Violation.
On August 2, Deputy Mitchell arrested Brittnay Nicole Conn, a resident of Kellyton, for Chemical Endangerment of a Child.
On August 4, Deputy Scott arrested Robert Brent Smith, a resident of Talladega, for Failure to Appear in court.
On August 5, Deputy Mitchell arrested Tiffany Lee Smith, a resident of Rockford, for Failure to Appear in court.

On August 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to CR 74 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
On August 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to US HWY 231 after receiving a request for a welfare check. Deputy made contact and everything was ok, no report needed.
On August 4th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of an animal attack. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On August 2nd, Deputies were dispatched to AL HWY 22 after receiving a report of domestic dispute. Deputy spoke with all parties involved and situation was resolved without incident.
On August 3rd, Deputies were dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
On August 4th, Deputies were dispatched to AL HWY 231 after receiving a report of Theft of Property. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
