Nellie Faye Bullard
Nellie Faye Bullard, of Weogufka, born August 12, 1931, went from this life to be with her Lord on April 14, 2021, at the age of 89. Family and friends will be received at Radney-Smith Funeral Home on April 17, 2021, at 11 a.m. for visitation with the service to follow at 1 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Charles Sims officiating. She will be laid to rest at the United Methodist Church Cemetery in Fayetteville. Pallbearers will be Shannon Bullard, Nathan Bullard, Brian Giles, Randy Helm, Brannon Walker, and Marvin Gade. She was an honorary member of the Unity Presbyterian Church PCA in Weogufka.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ira Edward Smith; mother, Nina Pearl Johnson Smith; husband, Leonard Bullard; son, Glenn Bullard; daughter, Janeene B. Gade Segretti; and granddaughter, Leigh Ann B. Yager.
She is survived by her son, David (Wanda) Bullard; daughter, Vivian B. (Keith) Ogle; eight grandchildren, Marc Bullard, Alison B. (Chad) Bagley, Shannon (Robin) Bullard, Daniel (Stacie) Bullard, Nathan (Cara) Bullard, Marvin (April) Gade, Maleia G. (Brian) Giles, Vince (Evita) Gade; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Mom was a bus driver for Weogufka and Coosa Central Schools for 30 years. She loved family reunions, traveling, gardening, and reading.

William W. “Bill” Smith
Mr. William “Bill” Smith, 82, of Alexander City, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at his home. He was born on April 10, 1939, in Alexander City to Lavelle Smith and Velma Adams Smith. He met the love of his life, JoAnn Gray, in the ninth grade, and they married in 1956. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, serving as a radio technician. He received the Air Force Air Medal. He worked for Sears as an electronics technician and retired after more than 30 years. He loved working with Habitat for Humanity. He enjoyed gardening, gold panning, and camping. One of his favorite places to visit was Panama City Beach. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, JoAnn Smith; daughters, Cynthia Blair (Gene), Lisa Bishop (Roger), Catherine Bland (Dwight), and Lori Woodfin (Lantz); son, William W. Smith Jr. (Deborah Matthews); nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Bobby Smith, of Elmore, Ala.
He was preceded in death by his parents and great-grandchild, Denah Bishop.

Stephen Skylar Stewart
Visitation for Mr. Stephen Skylar Stewart, 17, of Sylacauga, will be Friday, April 16, 2021, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home in Alexander City.
Skylar passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at Coosa Valley Baptist Medical Center. He was born on June 27, 2003, in Sylacauga to Michael D. Johnson Jr. and Valerie D. Stewart Johnson. Skylar enjoyed fishing, riding dirt roads, swimming, and cooking on the grill. He loved his family and friends very much, and he especially loved his dogs.
Skylar is survived by his parents, Michael D. and Valerie D. Johnson of Alexander City; sisters, Mykel M. Adams (Taylor) of Alexander City, Lynlee Logan Johnson of Alexander City, Shelby G. Stewart of Alexander City, Braylei Faith Smith of Goodwater; brother, Justin A. Stewart of Millerville; girlfriend, Jasmine Jennings, and her mother, Angela Jennings, of Sylacauga; grandparents, Alice F. Stewart of Childersburg, Ivan A. Williams Jr. of Sylacauga, Barbara L. and Jeff Schoggins of Ashland, Michael D. and Annette Johnson of Jacksons Gap, Ricky A. and Carolyn Thomas of Clanton; great-grandmother, Arcie Sue Johnson of Jacksons Gap; niece, McKenzie Grace Adams; godsons, Kashton and Kayden “Chunk;” and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Cecil and Shirley Lawhorn and Harvey Eugene Johnson; grandfather, Charles Lewis; great-aunt, Kathy Fuller; uncle, Kenneth Ray Kelley; and cousin, Steven Chad Faulkner.
