ARRESTS
On February 13, Deputy Dawson arrested Lauren Gabriella Faust, a citizen of Rockford, on the charge of Falsely Reporting an Incident. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.
On February 13, Deputy Dawson arrested Bobby James Moore, a citizen of Kellyton, on the charge of Simple Assault-Family. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2,500 bond.
On February 13, Lt. Moon arrested Kanerica Caresha Mae Maxwell, a citizen of Kellyton, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $533 cash bond.
On February 15, Lt. Moon arrested Alisha Marie Riggins, a citizen of Sylacauga, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court X 2. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with no bond.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On February 12th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of excessive noise. Deputies arrived, found the source of the noise from a local restaurant, and no report was needed.
On February 14th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a vehicle accident. No injuries were reported, and the scene was turned over to ALEA.
On February 14th, Deputies were dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving reports of Harassment. Deputies arrived, spoke to the parties involved, and a report was taken for information purposes.
On February 16th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 29 after receiving reports of a downed tree. Deputies removed the tree from the roadway without incident.
WEOGUFKA
On February 14th, Deputies, Stewartville VFD, Hanover VFD, and Weogufka VFD were dispatched to Coosa County Road 183 after receiving reports of a structure fire. Fire units extinguished the fire and a report was taken.
On February 16th, Deputies were dispatched to Lovette Lane after receiving reports of a loose animal. Deputies could not make contact with the owner of the animal.
HANOVER
On February 14th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 231 after receiving reports of a disabled motorist. Deputies assisted the motorist without incident.
GOODWATER
On February 11th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 337 after receiving reports of a domestic in progress. One party departed prior to Deputies arrival and Deputies spoke with the other party. No report was wanted.
On February 13th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 52 after receiving reports of an unwanted person. Deputies located the subject and transported them home.
On February 13th, Deputies were dispatched to Highland Street after receiving a request to assist another agency. Deputies assisted Goodwater PD without incident.
On February 13th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 9 after receiving reports of a commercial burglar alarm. Deputies arrived and found the building to be secure.
KELLYTON
On February 12th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a civil disturbance. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and a report was taken for information purposes.
On February 13th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 46 to execute a warrant service. Deputies arrived and arrested one subject. They were transported to the Coosa County Jail without incident.
RICHVILLE
On February 13th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving a request for assistance with a mental patient. Deputies arrived and arrested one subject. They were transported to the Coosa County Jail without incident.
ROCKFORD
On February 10th, Deputies were dispatched to School Street after receiving reports of Harassment by Communication. A report was taken for information purposes.
