Wilsonville man arrested for DUI

A Wilsonville man was arrested last Sunday following a traffic stop.
On October 12, Deputy Malcolm Kelley was on routine patrol on U.S. Highway 280 when he noticed a vehicle making improper use of lanes. Kelley proceeded to conduct a traffic stop.
As he approached the vehicle Kelley could smell the strong odor of alcohol coming from the driver. Kelley had the driver, 49-year-old Ky Minh Nguyen, step out of the vehicle, and Kelley performed a field sobriety test.
That led to Nguyen being arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was set at $2,000, and he was released on bond later the same day to await trial.
