By Christa Jennings
A Kellyton man was arrested last week after allegedly breaking into vehicles in the same community.
On July 7, Sgt. Ward was dispatched to County Road 85 in Kellyton where a victim informed him that he had surveillance system footage on his phone of an individual breaking into vehicles in his yard.
Ward reviewed the footage and recognized the individual as Terry Louis Kelly.
Kelly, 40 years old, was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle.
His total bond for both charges was set at $15,000. As of press time he remained in custody at the Coosa County Jail awaiting trial.
