Happy birthday, Ms. Irene Beasley!

On Monday, June 23, Irene Beasley will celebrate her 104th birthday. Over the years she has been actively involved in her community and Bradford Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School and led singing for many years.

Family and church are very important parts of Ms. Beasley’s life. She is one of nine children and was born in 1921 in Coosa County.

Ms. Beasley has resided in the Bradford community, near Kellyton, her whole life. She lives for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ms. Beasley has three grandsons, one granddaughter and nine great-grandchildren.

The family is very appreciative of everyone who has taken time to send her a birthday card to celebrate her birthday. The family had hopes that she would receive 104 birthday cards in the mail, and she is on track to exceed this goal. Irene has always enjoyed receiving cards in the mail.
