The Sheriff’s Office has made another round of arrests for probation violations and warrants.
On May 2, 27-year-old Courtney Rachelle Cook of Dothan was picked up from the Dothan Police Department and arrested for two counts of probation violation and failure to appear for first-degree theft of property. She has no bond and remains in custody at the Coosa County Jail.
On April 17, 27-year-old Christopher S. Spivey of Lineville was picked up from Clay County and arrested for failure to pay child support. He was given a purge amount of $1,000 and is no longer in custody.
On April 10, 46-year-old Nathan Allen Smith of Sylacauga was picked up from a probation office in Sylacauga and charged with probation violation. He was given no bond and remains in custody at the Coosa County Jail.
On April 7, 43-year-old Clifford Bernard Ellis of Alexander City was picked up from Jefferson County Jail for a warrant for failure to appear – manslaughter. His bond was set at $500, and he was released on bond on April 8.
