A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, has claimed the life of a Deatsville woman, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported Saturday, March 1.
Jaime E. Marler, 35, was fatally injured when the 2016 Buick Enclave she was driving left the roadway, struck a tree and became engulfed in flames.
Marler’s body was transported to the Alabama Department of Forensic Science, where her identity was later confirmed.
The crash occurred on Autauga County Road 39 near Autauga County Road 87, approximately five miles west of Millbrook, in Autauga County.
Nothing further is available as troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
