Oh, I love a parade. Even if it only lasted 18 minutes, the point is that we were able to share the joy within the community. This is how Christmas memories are made. Thanks to all who participated.
And the daytime festival was special, too. Many vendors, and I hope enough shoppers to make it worth keeping this tradition alive. I was impressed that we were able to attract several out-of-county businesses. It’s been a long, long time since I took economics, but that is how communities survive.
This is the last edition of the News for this year; Ms. Christa and Ms. Lydia and Mr. Rob deserve a break to spend time with their families. I want to wish everyone a peaceful and relaxed holiday.
