On December 9, Deputy Dawson arrested Heather Amanda Poppell, a citizen of Rockford, on the charge of Simple Assault-Family. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $2,500 bond.
On December 9, Deputy Dawson arrested Vince Martinez Jones, a citizen of Rockford, on the charges of Simple Assault-Family and Reckless Endangerment. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a $5,000 bond.

On December 13, Investigator Ward, along with Alabama Bureau of Investigation, arrested David Lee Powell, a citizen of Rockford, on the charge of Failure to Appear in Court x 2 and Drug Trafficking. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail with a total bond amount of $51,000.

On December 9th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 41 after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.

HANOVER
On December 9th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 75 after receiving a request for assistance with keys locked inside a vehicle. The motorist was assisted without incident.
On December 11th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving reports of a drunk driver. Negative contact was made with the vehicle.

On December 13th, Deputies were dispatched to Rabbit Run Road after receiving reports of Theft of Property. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.
GOODWATER
On December 14th, Deputies were dispatched to Highland Street after receiving a request for assistance from another agency. Deputies assisted the other unit without incident.

On December 11th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 85 after receiving reports of an unwanted person. The subject left the area prior to Deputies’ arrival, and negative contact was made.
On December 15th, Deputies were dispatched to Luster Lane after receiving reports of Criminal Mischief. Deputies arrived, sorted out the situation, but found that the caller had not been truthful about the nature of the situation. Deputies advised all parties involved to disperse for the night and no report was needed.
RICHVILLE
On December 14th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 57 after receiving reports of a domestic dispute. Deputies attempted to go out to residence, however, a gate blocked the driveway. Deputies attempted to call back but no answer; negative contact was made.
On December 15th, Deputies were dispatched to Forest Hill Road after receiving reports of an unwanted person. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On December 9th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 120 after receiving reports of Criminal Mischief. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.
On December 9th, Deputies were dispatched to Coosa County Road 305 after receiving reports of a domestic in progress. Deputies arrived and assessed the situation. 3 people were arrested and booked into the Coosa County Jail.
