CES Beginner Band

Family and friends were treated to an array of holiday favorites as the Central Beginner Band and Concert Band, under the direction of Darryl Ingram, presented their Christmas Concert.
The elementary school Beginner Band opened the concert with “Up On the House Top,” followed by “Jingle Bells.” Everyone was so impressed with the progress the Beginner Band has made since the Fall Concert.
On the clarinet was Malakai Jackson. On alto sax were Zoey Fallon, Scarlett Clark and Tyrell Murphy. The trumpeter was Emily Burnett. Playing the trombone were Bradley Tinney and Shyanna Shutes. The flutist was Jade Fox, and on percussion was David Kelly.
The audience was then treated to “Frosty the Snowman,” “Instant Christmas Concert,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Baby It’s Cold Outside,” and “Sleigh Ride” played by the high school Concert Band.
The clarinetists were Corrie Haynes and Jayden Melton with Chloe Jones playing bass clarinet. Tatum Larrabee and Miles Norman were on alto sax with Jeffery Yates on tenor sax.
The french horns were played by Lukas Lakey and Jazlyn Birmingham. The trumpeters were Owen Stokes, Kaden Tindall, Nathan Guzman, Steve Gonzalez, and Aliyah Adams.
On the trombone were Roderick Graham, Mason Stokes, King Hoyett, and Emmanuel Guzman. The euphoniumians were Katie Giffith and Madison Harrison. Michael Thomas and Eliah Adams were on the tuba, and Bailey Childress was on the bass guitar.
Percussionists were Jordan Villagrana, Zeke Daily, Gabbie Sellers, Kimberly Parris, DeVyan Whetstone, Austin Burnett, McKinely Tinney, and Kirby Clark. Lastly, on the mallets were Z Moore and Kayla Harrison.
Mr. Ingram thanked all the parents and faculty for their support. If you were not able to join us for the Christmas Concert, you can enjoy the sounds of the Pride of Coosa County Band as they perform during the Goodwater and Rockford Christmas parades.
