The Life Skills class enjoyed a great field trip which included a visit to Alabama One Credit Union in Goodwater, as well as the Piggly Wiggly in Goodwater. Our students were able to put the money skills they have been learning in class into practice in real life. They did their own shopping for items they needed while sticking to a budget, and then paid for their groceries practicing their rounding up skills. It was a great day of fun and learning for our students. Thank you to our staff and our community partners for helping our students learn in a real-life environment.
