This simple recipe makes for an easy dessert with little prep time. Using just one dish to mix the ingredients and one to bake also makes for easy clean up! This pie even makes its own crust!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 ¾ c. sugar
½ c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
¼ c. butter, melted
1 ½ c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 10-inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Bake at 325 degrees if using a glass pan. Enjoy!
