Buzzy the Buzzard
As an old bird around Rockford, I get to see and listen to many things. The air came out from under my wings when I heard that Miss Sara Baldwin passed last week. Just made me sit on the water tower and think about her and so many others of our community who have done so much for their families, neighbors, friends, and visitors.
I would see all the horse trailers through town when she hosted a ride on her farm, and driving around Rockford with two, three, or four dogs in the cab of her truck!
Folks pass from our community, but they touch all our lives. Hug your husband, wife, kids, and friends! Make sure they know they are special, because you sure are to them!
