A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 10:11 a.m. Saturday, February 21, has claimed the life of a Jackson’s Gap man.
Christopher S. Nunn, 39, was fatally injured when the 2007 Toyota Tacoma he was driving collided head-on with a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Elizabeth T. Dubose, 35, of Alexander City.
Nunn was pronounced deceased at the scene. Dubose was not injured during the course of the crash.
The crash occurred on Alabama Highway 9 near the 145-mile marker, approximately two miles north of Equality, in Coosa County.
Nothing further is available as troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
