Family and friends of Central Elementary School Coosa County were invited to the Central Elementary School Christmas program directed by Mr. Daryl Ingram before students were released for Christmas break.
Kindergarten through fifth grade classes each presented Christmas jingles.
The kindergarten classes sang “S-A-N-T-A” and “He’ll be Coming Down the Chimney,” first graders performed “Up on the House Top” and “Jingle Bells,” second and third graders performed “Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer” and “Jingle Bell Rock,” and fourth and fifth graders performed “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town” and “I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas.” The program closed with everyone singing “We Wish you a Merry Christmas.”
We hope everyone enjoys the rest of their Christmas break, and we look forward to seeing the students Tuesday, January 6.
