This traditional cheese ball recipe is simple to make and gives you a nice light snack perfect for these Alabama springs and summers!
Ingredients:
8 oz. soft spread sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbs. margarine
2 tsp. chopped pimento
2 tsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Combine cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese and margarine. Mix until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients. Mold into two balls or any shape you desire. Be sure to coat mold, if used, with additional margarine. Chill until firm. Garnish with pimento, parsley, or green onion if desired. Serve with crackers.
