Wallace State Community College congratulates Caroline Reese Thornton of Rockford on being named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2026 semester.
Thornton was among 745 students who were named to the President’s List and Dean’s List for the Spring 2026 semester.
To earn a spot on the Wallace State President’s List, students must maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA for the semester while taking a course load of 12 or more hours.
Placement on the Dean’s List is awarded to students who maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher while also taking a course load of at least 12 hours.
“Congratulations to students who have earned a place on the President’s List and Dean’s List,” said Kristen Holmes, vice president for students. “This achievement reflects your hard work and commitment to academic excellence. We are proud of what you’ve accomplished and encourage you to continuing striving toward your goals. Your success is an inspiration to the entire Wallace State community.”
