The Coosa County Republican Party will welcome local, state and federal candidates for its meeting Tuesday, March 24.
In addition to featuring remarks from numerous local candidates, this month’s meeting will include remarks from four candidates seeking state and federal office. Those are Seth Burton, candidate for U.S. Senate; Pat Bishop, candidate for lieutenant governor; and Pamela Casey and Katherine Robertson, both candidates for attorney general of Alabama.
This will be a great opportunity to hear directly from these candidates, learn about their vision and connect with fellow conservatives in Coosa County.
The local Republican Party will begin the evening with fellowship and refreshments at 6 p.m., and the meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. The March meeting will be held at the Weogufka Center, located at 145 Memorial Loop, Weogufka, 35183.
The party invites everyone to join them for an informative and engaging evening, giving citizens an opportunity to be informed voters when going to the polls to cast their votes. Local party members and guests are encouraged to invite friends, neighbors and “anyone interested in the future of our community and state.”
