A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a Rockford man earlier this month.
On October 8, Deputy Parker was on routine patrol in the Rockford area when he observed a motorcycle that had numerous violations which warranted a traffic stop.
That traffic stop resulted in 36-year-old Andrew Lin Joiner of Rockford being arrested for failure to appear in court for first-degree theft of property and probation violation.
Joiner remains in custody at the Coosa County Jail with no bond and is awaiting trial.
