Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Katelynn D Foster to Renasant Bank dated June 13, 2018; said mortgage being recorded on June 15, 2018 in Deed Book 446, Page 701, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coosa County, Alabama.
