One of the definitions for tyranny is “unreasonable or arbitrary use of power or control.” A definition for tyrant is “a ruler who is unrestrained by law, or one who has usurped the legitimate sovereignty of others.”
We as citizens who live here in these United States now have a federal government that meets the definition of tyrannical and is led by a tyrant. Not only do we have a president who meets the definition of a tyrant, we have a former president, actively campaigning for a second term in office, who himself meets the definition of a tyrant.
President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. is presently accused of the following high crimes and misdemeanors:
– He has issued numerous executive orders (or E.O.s, with 114 to date) with several either affecting the economy negatively or weakening our national defensive posture, or that are just blatantly unconstitutional.
– He has allowed aliens to enter the United States in violation of the immigration laws, admitted aliens who have tested positive for COVID-19 into the United States, thwarted the will of Congress as set forth in duly enacted law by not completing the southern border wall, and he has deprived border agents of the sufficient manpower and resources needed to secure the border and its physical infrastructure.
– In his conduct as the former vice president and current president of the United States, in violation of his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the offices of the vice president and president and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed – Joseph Robinette Biden abused the power of the office of the vice president, enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors, by allowing his son to influence the domestic policy of the nation of Ukraine, and accept various benefits – including financial compensation – from foreign nationals in exchange for certain favors.
– As vice president, Joseph Biden was the senior Obama administration official overseeing anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine. Hence, any illegal activity involving corruption conducted by Hunter Biden within or in relation to Ukraine would fall under the purview of the Office of Vice President Biden and the Obama State Department’s anti-corruption efforts. In fact, many state department officials within the Obama administration repeatedly registered reservations about Hunter Biden’s role on the board of Burisma, a company known for its corruption. Thus, any instances of corruption on behalf of Hunter Biden via his role as a board member of the Ukrainian energy firm were either not investigated or covered up. The evidence of widespread knowledge, corruption and collusion on behalf of the Biden family with foreign nationals is clear and compelling.
In all of this, President Biden gravely endangered the security of the United States and its institutions of government. Through blatant nepotism, he enabled his son to influence foreign policy and financially benefit because of his role as vice president.
He supported his son engaging in collusion with Chinese Communist Party-linked officials. He allowed his son to trade appointments with his father and other high-ranking administration officials in exchange for financial compensation. He permitted his son to take money from Russian oligarchs.
In so doing, Joseph R. Biden threatened the integrity of the democratic system, interfered with the peaceful transition of power and imperiled a coordinate branch of government. He thereby betrayed his trust as former vice president and current president to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.
President Biden, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to national security, democracy and the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law. President Biden thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
In all of this, Joseph Biden’s son, Robert “Hunter” Biden, was charged only with two misdemeanor tax offenses and a felony firearm offense. According to the tax information, Hunter Biden received taxable income of more than $1,500,000 annually in calendar years 2017 and 2018. Despite owing more than $100,000 in federal income taxes each year, he failed to pay the income tax due for either year.
As for the firearm charge, on or about October 12, 2018, through to October 23, 2018, Hunter Biden possessed a firearm, despite knowing that he was an unlawful user of and addicted to a controlled substance.
A felony is a felony, especially since Hunter’s father, Joe Biden, once bragged upon the Senate Floor that he helped craft a law that would put users away for a 5-year minimum. Yet, Hunter Biden was offered a plea deal that was a soft slap on his wrist. Why, because his father is the president. Had you or I done the same, we’d probably be doing the time in prison. Thus the “rules for thee, but not for me” as the title of this piece.
Additionally, the FBI, under President Biden, has testified before Congress that they willfully obstructed justice in several cases and that they have ignored the requests of Congress to release unclassified documents that would further implicate either themselves or the Bidens in wrong-doing.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump, both a former president and a current candidate, is facing a whole list of charges of his own. Many that both President Biden and former Vice President Mike Pence are equally guilty of. Yet only Trump is facing charges.
Is Trump guilty? Is Biden guilty? That is for a jury to decide. Is this the actions of a department following the orders of a tyrant? Probably. But unless both sides present their evidence and testimony in a court of law, then the answers to these questions will remain obscured.
The selective enforcement of laws, dependent upon political persuasion, is the very definition of a tyrannical government.
Moving on, Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the leading candidate to oppose Joseph Biden in the upcoming Democratic primaries, has had his request for Secret Service protection denied by the Department of Homeland Security.
For those who do not know, Robert Kennedy Jr. had his own father assassinated in 1968 as he campaigned for president, and his uncle, President John Kennedy, was assassinated in 1963 as he, too, campaigned for reelection as president. Are these the actions of a rogue department under the orders of a tyrant? Probably.
In all of this, I am most reminded of a quote from our very own Declaration of Independence that I shall paraphrase, to change the title of the person as appropriate: “The history of the present president of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.”
