June 2023! Satan called it “Gay Pride Month,” and they even dared to use a “rainbow” as a
homosexual symbol. If you recall, God created the rainbow as a sign (covenant) after Noah came out of
the ark as a reminder that He would never again destroy the world by water (Genesis 9:9-16).
A few years ago we were told that homosexuality was a “sickness,” and now it is an “alternate lifestyle.” Billions of dollars are being spent to help homosexuals gain social acceptance and respectability. Some school systems are teaching our young children that homosexuality is “normal,
healthy and acceptable.” Lobbyists continue seeking legislation to ban discrimination against homosexuals.
Speaking out against homosexuality is considered a hate crime in the U.S.
Is homosexuality approved by God? No! The wicked cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed because of homosexuality (Genesis 19). Where do you think our word “sodomy” originated?
The death penalty was imposed under the Old Testament law for homosexuals. We read in Leviticus
20:13, “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an
abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” The same thing is taught in Leviticus 20:15,16.
First Corinthians 6:9 reads, “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?
Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of
themselves with mankind.” “Abusers of themselves with mankind” in the Greek language means “one
who lies with a male as with a female, a sodomite.”
We read in Romans 1:26-27, “For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their
women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving
the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.”
The Bible defines all homosexuality as SIN! Is homosexuality inherited? Some say that it is, just
as one inherits hair color, etc. God says that all homosexuality is sin! If one is born a homosexual then
God would be responsible, and therefore He would be unjust and unfair in condemning it.
Homosexuals can change. God stands ready and willing to forgive any and every sin that man will
repent of [turn away from] (Romans 5:6-10; Acts 3:19).
My friends, we must speak up and speak out against sin, all sin! We need to kindly let store
managers know that we do not appreciate homosexual material prominently displayed in their stores and their encouraging of anything that God says is sinful.
