On January 24, Deputy Scott arrested Clyde Lamp, a resident of Springville, for possession of controlled substance and minor in possession of tobacco. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $10,300 bond.
On January 25, Deputy Ward arrested Rodger Raymon T. Watts, a resident of Alexander City, for Criminal Mischief. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $500 bond.
On January 25, Sergeant Rudd arrested William Michael Smith, a resident of Equality, for Attempted Murder. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
On January 27, Deputy Mitchell arrested Daniel Craig Barnett, a resident of Rockford, for Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

On January 29th, Deputies were dispatched to County Road 74 after receiving a report of a missing person. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.
RAY
On January 27th, Deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On January 23rd, Deputies were dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of Theft of Property. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.
On January 24th, Deputies were dispatched to Little Tom Road after receiving a request for a welfare check. Deputies spoke with complainant and everything was ok.

On January 26th, Deputies were dispatched to US Highway 280 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked the business and determined the alarm to be false.

On January 23RD, Deputies were dispatched to County Road 42 after receiving a request for a welfare check. Deputies made contact with the resident and determined everything to be ok.
