On January 10, Deputy Scott arrested Daniel Everitte Newsome of Sylacauga for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public Intoxication. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
On January 16, Sergeant Rudd arrested Mark Anthony Till, a resident of Wetumpka, for Failure to Appear in Court. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $2,000 bond.

On January 9th, Deputies were dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted guest. Deputies spoke with the complainant and the situation was resolved without a report.
On January 15th, deputies were dispatched to Harvest Road after receiving a report of a burglary alarm. Deputies checked residence and determined the alarm to be false.

On January 9th, deputies were dispatched to AL Highway 22 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputies checked residence and determined the alarm to be false.
