Students at Central Elementary (CES) and Central High School (CHS) had the opportunity to get into the spirit of the holidays by entering the PTO-sponsored pumpkin decorating contest. Students competed for cash prizes with $25 going to the first place winners, $15 went to the second place winners, and third place winners received $10.
Attendees at the CES Fall Festival voted on the entries. Congratulations to CES first place winner John Morgan Adams, second place winner Henley Stevens and third place winner Addison Ragsdale.
Students and staff voted for the winning pumpkins in the CHS contest. Congratulations to CHS first place winner Madison Jennings, second place winner Reagan Cardwell and third place winner Jaleea Shaw. Special thanks to PTO president Maressa Ware for coordinating and organizing this event for our students; we love that our students have the opportunity to show their creative side and share their artistic talents.
