Last Friday evening you could hear laughter, applause and cheer both inside and outside of Central Elementary as 400 students and family members came out to enjoy the Fall Festival. Activities for families to enjoy quality time together included cornhole, a bouncy castle, face painting, pumpkin balloon pop, a silent auction, and a cake walk. This PTO-sponsored event raised almost $2,000 to fund additional activities for our students. Thank you to all the parents, community members and high school students who volunteered to make this event possible. Special thank you to PTO president Maressa Ware for organizing the event and coordinating volunteers. Pictured is Mrs. Phillips, Central athletic director, face painting sixth grader Madison Jones.
