Students in pre-K and kindergarten enjoyed a visit from Kellyton Volunteer Fire Department as part of their annual fire safety program. Along with the fire safety education program, volunteers also shared goody bags with the students and let them try on the fire hat. Students especially enjoyed the visit from Sparky, the fire dog. Pictured is London giving Sparky a high five and Ms. Wells’ kindergarten class giving a big, “Thank you, KVFD!” Special thanks to Chief Jerry Sewell and the Kellyton fire department volunteers for providing education on fire safety to our students.
