This hearty casserole is easy to put together, making it great for busy nights. It is comfort food in my family. It goes well with a wide variety of vegetables, so it’s easy to pair with a side dish you and your family will enjoy, making it a complete meal.
Ingredients:
Large mixing bowl
2 cans cream of chicken soup
5 cans of tuna, drained
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 bag of egg noodles
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In the mixing bowl mix the soup, cheese and tuna. Add water if needed to make it less stiff.
Boil the egg noodles, strain them and mix with the other ingredients. Blend it all together well. Add the mixture to the casserole pan.
Crush the Ritz crackers over the top of it and bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the crackers are toasted. Enjoy!
