Chemistry students Jalen Corley and Kris Leonard used the chemical reaction between acetic acid and sodium bicarbonate to prove the law of conservation of mass.
Physics students Zyriah Meadows and Abigail Veitch dropped golf balls off the back of the visitor bleachers and used stopwatches to time the drop. Using their data, they calculated the height of the bleachers.
The physical science students concluded their velocity and acceleration studies by calculating the speed of various runners such as Keyon Williams, pictured.
Chemistry students Rebekah Burton, Mariah Gilbert and Mckay Kelley show off the models and posters they created as part of their review of historical experiments that led to the development of the modern atomic theory.
