Seventh grader Kalicia Davis has shown herself to be a good student for the brief time she has been at CHS. She comes to class each day ready to pay attention, work hard and complete her classwork on time. Kalicia is charitable and helps her classmates when they need it. She is always willing to lend a hand or run an errand. Kalicia has also acted as a student teacher in math class. She does an excellent job making sure those she teaches learn the material. Congratulations, Kalicia!
Eighth grader Aerial Green is a wonderful student. She is always very well mannered. She makes sure to say “good morning” or “have a nice day” to each of her teachers daily. She is very helpful to her peers and almost always has a smile on her face. She maintains good grades and is also a cheerleader at CHS. Aerial is a model student here and a joy to teach. Congratulations, Aerial!
Ninth grader Joseph James is a well-rounded student. Academically he excels, he has perfect attendance so far this year, he is always prepared for class, and he is very respectful. He does all this while playing Cougar football, in which he represents his team with class and dignity. Congratulations, Joseph!
Tenth grader Karla Morales is very good at time management and always completes her work on time. She participates in class discussions and is always willing to help out classmates. She is witty and smart and shows good character in the classroom. She does what she is asked without any trouble and remains quiet when asked. Congratulations, Karla!
Eleventh grader Jekayla Patterson is always willing to help. Ms. Diamond states, “She has even stayed after football games to help me carry cheer stuff back to my room. She always completes her work on time and works diligently in class. She is also extremely respectful and willing to do whatever I need accomplished.” Congratulations, JeKayla!
Twelfth grader MaKenna Sanders is such a big helper. She completes all of her work on time and strives for excellence. She goes out of her way to help out and is always so respectful. She does things without being asked or told. Not only is she very intelligent, but she is a very caring student. Congratulations, MaKenna!
