This pie requires only a few ingredients and is simple to put together, making it a convenient dessert for busy weeknights and potlucks!
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
12 soda crackers, crumbled
12 dates, chopped
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. almond flavoring
Directions:
Beat two egg whites into a meringue and fold into remaining ingredients mixed together. Pour mixture into pie pan and bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
