Coosa County schools used funding to ensure every student has basic school supplies to start off the new school year. On the first day of school every student in K-12 will receive a kit which includes essentials such as paper, binders, folders, pens, pencils, etc. Pictured are the elementary and high school kits, which are slightly different. Pictured with the elementary supply kit are also the new desks in all K-4 classrooms. Thank you to John Forbus, pictured, for transporting the pallets of student supply kits from storage to the schools.
