Christopher Lee Abrams
Mr. Christopher Lee Abrams was born on July 29, 1977, in Montgomery to Randy Lee Abrams and Bonnie Stroud. He passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. On occasion, he attended Concord Baptist Church.
Chris was a guy that lived life to the fullest by being mischievous. He was an avid Alabama fan and enjoyed listening to country music. Even though Chris never expressed his feelings, his family knew he loved them.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Abrams; father, Randy Lee Abrams; aunts, Sherry Shaw, Wendy Young (David), Shirley Ogle (Terry); uncles, Raymond Abrams (Kim), James Abrams (Deborah), Ronnie Abrams (Faye); cousins, Blake Schmidt (Kasey), Robin Schmidt (Johnnie), Neal Shaw (Alisha), and numerous other cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Winston and Doris Stroud, V.O and Irene Abrams; and his favorite uncle, Kenneth Shaw Sr.

Jenifer Annette Dees Ray
Funeral service for Mrs. Jenifer Annette Dees Ray, 76, of Goodwater, was Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. John Harold Denney officiated. Burial followed in the Mt. Gilead Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Ray passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. She was born on April 13, 1946, in Hamilton to Richard Coleman Dees and Stella Ann Walker Dees. She was a member of First Congregational Christian Church and loved the Lord. Jenifer loved flower gardening, animals and being outdoors.
She is survived by her children, James E. Purvis (Jenny), Melissa A. Purvis, William Roy Purvis; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Carolyn James.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Terry Ray, and parents.
