Elzie D. Hamilton
Funeral service for Mr. Elzie D. Hamilton, 82, of Rockford, was Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Jones and Rev. Ed Brown officiated. Burial followed in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Hamilton passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021, at University of Alabama Hospital. He was born on August 23, 1939, in Coosa County to David Hamilton and Haddie Marie Smith Hamilton. He was an active member of Ray Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and old cars. He loved working with his hands and could build anything. He was kindhearted, a giver and would do anything to help others.
He is survived by his wife, Nola Lee Harper Hamilton; sons, Michael Shaw, Allen Shaw, Raford Shaw (Lisa), and Ricky Stubblefield; nephew, Harry Sallas (Rosa); grandchildren, Aaron L. Hamilton (Samantha), Angel Hamilton Gettings (Joey), Aubrey Shaw (Kayla), Chris Nolen (Hope), Caleb Shaw, and Brittany Heburn (James); great-grandchildren, Eason Hamilton, Bailey Hamilton, Salem Rose Gettings, Evie Shaw, Kayleigh Shaw, Trinity Shaw, Skylar Heburn, Nolan Heburn, JD Heburn, Cooper Nolen, and Dawson Nolen.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Mickey Wayne Hamilton; and sister, Mildred Sallas.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be given to the building fund at Ray Baptist Church.

Randall Clay Hendrix
Graveside service for Mr. Randall Clay “Red” Hendrix, 59, of Kellyton, was Thursday, December 30, 2021, at the Kellyton Memory Gardens.
Mr. Hendrix passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021, at his residence. He was born on June 20, 1962, in Alexander City to Early Hendrix and Lola Mae McClellan Hendrix.
He is survived by his great-nephew, Marcos Clay Branham (Heather) of Equality; great-great-nephew, Elijah Clayton Branham; friends, Chad and Missy Kohls, Kate Kohls, Will Kohls, Jeffrey and Stacy Bradford, and Waylon Bradford, all of Kellyton; as well as many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Brenda Kelley; and brother, Michael Earl Hendrix.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local animal shelter in his memory.
