ARRESTS
On October 5, Deputy Ward arrested Maria Mazo Kostina of Rockford for Failure to Pay court ordered fines. She was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
On October 5, Deputy Ward arrested Stanley Eugene Tucker of Clanton for Public Intoxication and Harassment. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
On October 5, Corporal Rudd arrested Clinton Murray Johns of Childersburg for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Pistol by felon. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $17,500 bond.
On October 6, Deputy Bradberry arrested Terry Louis Kelly of Kellyton for Disorderly Conduct. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $500 bond.
On October 7, Corporal Moon arrested Justin Luke Paschal of Sylacauga for Public Intoxication. He was processed into the Coosa County Jail on a $500 bond.

On October 5th, deputies were dispatched to CR 53 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
On October 5th, deputies were dispatched CR 29 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. Deputy checked residence and determined alarm to be false.
On October 5th, deputies were dispatched to CR 150 after receiving a report of Harassment by Communication. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
KELLYTON
On October 5th, Deputies were dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a Burglary. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
On October 5th, deputies were dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. Deputy responded and arrest was made on Terry Louis Kelly, a report was taken and Kelly was transported to the Coosa County Jail.
On October 9th, deputies were dispatched to CR 50 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
ROCKFORD
On October 8th, deputies were dispatched to CR 23 after receiving a report of missing juveniles. Deputies, Rockford Fire, and Rockford Police were able to locate missing persons and return them home safely.
On October 9th, deputies were dispatched to US HWY 231 after receiving a report of a commercial burglary alarm. Deputy checked business and determined alarm to be false.

On October 10th, deputies were dispatched to CR 56 after receiving a report of animals destroying property. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

On October 5th, deputies were dispatched to Cedar Cir after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was taken and case is under investigation.

On October 8th, deputies were dispatched to Cleveland Dr. after receiving a report of Fraud. Deputy spoke with complainant and situation was resolved without a report.
MT OLIVE
On October 7th, deputies were dispatched to CR 49 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. Deputy spoke with complainant and situation was resolved without a report.
On October 10th, deputies were dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of property damage. A report was taken and case is under investigation.
