Special to the News
Students who received awards for Honor Roll and iReady were treated to a celebration of pizza, cake and punch courtesy of SGA before going to the first nine-weeks Awards Ceremony.
Thank you to Ms. Phillips for getting us a special deal on the pizza, Dr. Watson for picking up the pizzas and counselor Wade for compiling the award lists and making certificates.
Thank you, also, to SGA members Aerial Green, Caiden Gaddis, Amaria Gaddis, and Chloe Jones, led by Danisha Webster in decorating, serving and cleaning up for the celebration.
Thank you; PTO president, Maressa Ware; for providing pictures.
Congratulations to all the students who received awards for their dedication to academic excellence.
