Special to the News
It was a beautiful night as the sun set with family and friends who came out for the Central High School lead-out ceremony for Prom 2026 at the White Orchid right here in Coosa County.
After bidding their family and friends farewell, the students made their way inside the venue to enjoy a sit-down dinner, dancing and fellowship.
The night ended with the crowning of the Prom 2026 Princess Aerial Green and Prince Kenyon Richardson and Queen Katie Meeks and King Caden Miller.
The students looked fabulous, conducted themselves well, and everyone had a great night. Thank you to the Central staff who volunteered to make the prom possible for our students, as well as the staff of White Orchid who did a superb job preparing the venue and serving our students.
We would like to give a special thank you to Central High School paraprofessional Justine Clark for all her hard work in coordinating Prom 2026.
