I am truly humbled and grateful to the citizens of Coosa County for allowing me to serve you as revenue commissioner for another term.
Being able to appear on the ballot unopposed for my third term in office is an honor that I do not take lightly. I have been blessed to have been given the opportunity to serve Coosa County for the past 28-and-a-half years, including the last 13 years as your revenue commissioner.
On March 1, 2013, when I accepted the appointment of revenue commissioner upon the retirement of the prior commissioner, I immediately set goals to meet every challenge while building relationships with the citizens of our great county. I can truthfully say every day serving as revenue commissioner has been very rewarding, and I pledge to continue to maintain the integrity of the revenue office and provide the best customer service that Coosa County citizens deserve.
I thank you for the continued confidence you have placed in me and credit the staff of my office for their dedication, commitment and professionalism, which makes our office stand above the rest. It has truly been a privilege to serve this county, a blessing to be able to work with other dedicated officials and an honor to participate in the 2026 election cycle.
I also want to encourage each voter to attend functions across our county where you can meet candidates, ask questions and show support for those who have stepped out into the political field. Your vote is very important.
So, mark your calendar for the primary election set for Tuesday, May 19. We are depending on you!
