Chad “Chig” Martin is looking for change in our great state and wants you to join him.

Individuals are invited to join us in The Citizen’s Driven Movement to elect Martin for governor of Alabama 2026. The campaign to elect Martin is looking to “raise all boats through a rising tide.”

Martin believes change starts with strategic economic development that prioritizes community health. He wants to recruit new industries that provide livable wages, respectable benefits and a sustainable retirement.

He sees infrastructure in The Black Belt as being an essential part of commerce connectivity and vital business growth that would enrich one of our most agriculturally diverse regions. Our agricultural history provides additional opportunities for natural medicinal options, as well as career advancements for our citizens.

Through designated entertainment and gaming zones, designed specifically to fund mental and physical health, we could work towards offsetting the federal healthcare cuts.

Introducing an education lottery, Martin sees a missed stream of revenue finally providing our students with the quality of education they deserve. By modeling after the top school systems in the United States, he wishes to implement top performing curriculum and balance the student/teacher ratio by providing competitive pay.

With the right leadership in Montgomery, Alabamians will have an opportunity to start enriching themselves and each other’s lives instead of handing all of our valuable resources and (historically oppressive) decision making over to greedy special interests.
