Once again this year, Central High School PTO under the direction of Maressa Ware, and Central High School counselor Misty Wade, collaborated on an Angel Tree for Central High School students.
Principal Lee and counselor Wade helped Mrs. Ware identify students who may be in need of a little holiday cheer under the Christmas tree.
Letters were sent to those families to invite them to participate in our Angel Tree.
Students in those households were provided lists to fill out to help Angel Tree sponsors buy gifts.
With the help of Central staff, local churches, organizations, and families, all 39 of our Angel Tree students were adopted.
Thank you, Mrs. Ware and Mrs. Wade, for going above and beyond to bless our students this holiday season.
Mrs. Ware shared that 11 of the angels were sponsored by other students. Hearing that makes us extra proud to know that our students understand the true meaning of Christmas.
