The Sheriff’s Office recently made arrests in two unrelated cases stemming from outstanding warrants.
On August 18, Deputy Brown met Childersburg Police Department to pick up an individual with outstanding warrants in Coosa County.
He arrested 37-year-old Shameek Devon Marshall of Selma on two failure-to-appear warrants for third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property. He was released the next day on a $600 cash bond, awaiting trial.
Additionally, on September 10, Deputy Brown arrested 27-year-old Christian Kashun Tuck of Rockford for first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, which stemmed from warrants with the Tallapoosa County Task Force.
His total bond was set at $10,000, and he was released on bond later the same day to await trial.
